Shanghai Spice is located on the 3rd floor, in the food court of Seasons Mall. Shanghai Spice basically serves Continental, Oriental and Caribbean Sizzlers, Chinese, Thai and Malaysian Bowls, Buffets, soups and Pan-Asian Cuisine.
What I Had
Blue Curacao, Lime Juice, Sprite and Soda. The usual blue curacao drink.
Orange Basil Mojito
Muddled Basil with Lime, Orange, Mint, Sweet and Sour, Soda. It had a strong citrus flavor to it.
Green Apple Tini
Grammy Smith Apples, sweet and sour shaken on ice. Apple drink with a hint of salt.
Prawns lemon grass
Prawns marinated in thai ginger and thai lemon grass, kaffir lime and basil. These were a bit overcooked and tasted ok.
Grilled Fish Banana Leaf
Basa fish marinated in lemon grass and galangal and cooked with thai flavors. This was a nice dish.
Green Basil Chicken
The chicken was marinated in basil and had a nice flavor of basil. The problem was that is was not really tender.
Seafood Tom Kha
A nice spicy seafood soup with galangal, lemon grass in a coconut base, and veggies.
Chicken Tom Yum
A spicy soup with Thai flavors. This was a nice soup as well.
Grilled Zing Zang Chicken
This had a lot of zing from the ginger, garlic and red chillis. An amazing kebab.
All the sizzlers were pretty good.
