Barbeque Nation invited us for a food tasting of their festival “The Royal Kitchens of India”. The new menu introduced for this festival had specialities from the royal kitchens of Awadh, Rajasthan, Hyderabad, Mysore and other kingdoms of the past.
Veg – Kumbh Galawati Kebab, Nadru Ki Tikki, Pani Puri and Papdi Chaat,
Non Veg- Tabaak Maas.
Veg – Malai Grill Veg, Mushroom Lajawati, Multani Paneer, Mewa Shahi Kebab, Cinnamon Pineapple, Dahi Ke Kebab, Aloo Bukhara,
Non Veg -Anari Murgh Tangdi, Ajwaini Fish Tikka, Dohra Kebab, Tuji Chicken.
Veg – Tamatar Khada Masala Soup.

Non Veg – Amba Kaliyan, Padampuri Murgh, Macchi Jaismandi, Bater Korma, Awadhi Murgh Biryani.

Like every time, the food was delicious. The starters were amazing but a little spicy. But still, who does not enjoy the amazing grills they have? The main course has a variety of different items on the menu. All from the royal kingdoms from the past. Something which you may want to try. The ambience will also give you a vibe of the royal kitchens of India. Head to any of the Barbeque Nation near you to enjoy this new menu till 3rd December.
